Pasada la media hora las colocaremos sobre una bandeja de horno con un chorrito de aceite y las cocemos hasta que la pulpa sea tierno.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3n las vaciaremos y reservaremos la pulpa. Tenga mucho cuidado de no romperlas cuando las vac\u00ede porque nos servir\u00e1n de recipiente para el relleno.<\/li><li>Mientras cortaremos las cebollas y el pimiento verde peque\u00f1o y lo sofre\u00edmos hasta que empiece a tomar color.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adiremos los tomates, previamente escaldados y pelados, cortados en trozos peque\u00f1os. Lo salaremos y a\u00f1adiremos media cucharadita de az\u00facar si los tomates son muy \u00e1cidos. Cuando el tomate sea reluciente a\u00f1adiremos las dos carnes picadas, previamente saladas, lo coceremos a fuego medio y cuando vemos la carne cocida a\u00f1adiremos la pulpa de las berenjenas.<\/li><li>Una vez que el relleno est\u00e9 listo llenan las berenjenas, y esparciremos queso rallado por encima y los gratinaremos al horno.
