Con el cuchillo hacemos unos cortes, no hay muy profundos y cocemos un poco en el horno, para que luego sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil sacar la pulpa. Dejamos enfriar un poco. Con la ayuda de una cuchara sacamos la pulpa de las berenjenas, va muy bien marcar con un cuchillo todo alrededor, ya ver\u00e9is como sale f\u00e1cilmente. Picamos la pulpa y reservamos<\/li><li>En una sart\u00e9n fre\u00edmos la cebolla y los ajos, cortado todo bien peque\u00f1o. Cuando ya tenemos la cebolla transparente a\u00f1adimos las carnes, que las habremos salpimentado. Dejamos cocer removiendo, durante 15 minutos, a\u00f1adimos el vino y dejamos que se evapore.<\/li><li>Seguidamente a\u00f1adimos la pulpa de las berenjenas y dejamos cocer unos 10 minutos. A continuaci\u00f3n de la receta de berenjenas rellenas a\u00f1adimos el tomate, si es en conserva y entero, lo trituramos y lo incorporamos a la carne, salamos y a\u00f1adimos la pulpa de pimiento, y las especies que queramos, y una cucharadita de az\u00facar, para sacar la acidez del tomate , removemos de vez en cuando y cocemos, aproximadamente unos 25 minutos. * Si el tomate que ponemos ya es triturado y frito, no hace falta que cueza tanto tiempo, con 15 minutos ser\u00e1 suficiente.<\/li><li><strong>Rellenamos las berenjenas<\/strong>&nbsp;con la ayuda de una cuchara vamos rellenando las mitades de berenjena, cubrimos con bechamel y repartimos por encima queso rallado.<\/li><li>Con el horno precalentado&nbsp;y&nbsp;gratinamos las&nbsp;<strong>berenjenas al horno<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Podemos acompa\u00f1arlas con una buena ensalada variada.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El&nbsp;plato de&nbsp;berenjenas rellenas al horno&nbsp;es todo un cl\u00e1sico.
