Cortar los ajos pelados en l\u00e1minas y dorarlos en una cazuela con aceite caliente; retirar y reservar. En el mismo aceite, fre\u00edr la pulpa de berenjena cortada muy peque\u00f1a, retirar del fuego y a\u00f1adir los huevos duros aplastados con un tenedor y 5 o 6 filetes de anchoa troceados, rellenar las medias berenjenas con esta mezcla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pon 2 filetes de anchoa encima, espolvorear con el pan rallado, el perejil y las l\u00e1minas de ajo.
