Una vez asadas, las dejaremos reposar.<\/li><li>Aparte, picamos el ajo, cortamos la cebolla bien peque\u00f1a y tambi\u00e9n el tomate. Ponemos a cocer la cebolla, y cuando empiece a tomar color a\u00f1adimos el ajo picado y los dejamos cocer. Cuando est\u00e9 todo cocido, ya podemos a\u00f1adir el tomate, un poco de sal y las hierbas provenzales.<\/li><li>Mientras tanto, ya se habr\u00e1n enfriado un poco las berenjenas y ya las podremos partir por la mitad y vaciar la pulpa, cuidando de no romper la piel. La pulpa lo a\u00f1adiremos junto con el at\u00fan, y lo dejaremos 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li><li>S\u00f3lo faltar\u00e1 rellenar las berenjenas con la mezcla, cubrirlas de queso (a m\u00ed me gusta la mozzarella) y ponerlas a gratinar hasta que queden bien doradas.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a1Dejar reposar y a comer!<\/p><div id=\"ez-toc-container\"
