Con un cuchillo afilado, haz unos cortes en la parte blanca y los pasas&nbsp;un momento por la sart\u00e9n con aceite caliente, a fuego alto, ambos lados, s\u00f3lo para que&nbsp;se dore un poco. No te pases de tiempo, eh? S\u00f3lo vuelta y vuelta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora las pones en el microondas durante 7 minutos, a m\u00e1xima potencia. Si no tienes microondas, pues contin\u00faa con la sart\u00e9n hasta que las berenjenas est\u00e9n blandas de la parte blanca, pero a fuego medio-bajo y tapadas. Cuenta que la parte de la piel no se te rompa! Las sacas del microondas y las vac\u00edas. Si tienes el \u00fatil de vaciar, mejor. Si no, con una cuchara de postre tambi\u00e9n te ir\u00e1 bien. Tienes que tener cuidado de no romper la piel para que despu\u00e9s deber\u00e1s rellenar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora har\u00e1s el relleno: Saca la carne de las salchichas de dentro de la tripa. O bien corta las salchichas en trocitos, como te resulte m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Y lo haces sofre\u00edr en aceite caliente. Sofre\u00edr significa fre\u00edr superficialmente, s\u00f3lo para que cojan color por fuera. Ya se acabar\u00e1n de cocer&nbsp;en el paso siguiente. Raya la cebolla y hazla sofre\u00edr con aceite calentito en otra sart\u00e9n. Cuando empiece a tomar color, pones los pedazos de berenjena, una pizca de sal, lo barajas y lo dejas fre\u00edr un par de minutos a fuego medio. Pones las salchichas y que se acabe de cocer todo junto unos minutos m\u00e1s, no muchos, s\u00f3lo porque todos los gustos se integren. Sabr\u00e1s que es cocido del todo cuando veas que la salchicha es completamente cocida. Ya s\u00f3lo te falta rellenar las berenjenas: Tan f\u00e1cil como ir repartiendo el relleno dentro<br>S\u00f3lo te queda ponerlo en el horno un momento antes de servirlo a la mesa! Y hacia el horno: Esparcir queso rallado por encima. Puede ser mozzarella, emmenthal o cualquier otro que te guste. Hoy hemos puesto mozzarella. Lo&nbsp;pones en el horno, s\u00f3lo con el grill encendido (la parte de arriba del horno) hasta que veas que el queso se vuelve tostadito. Ser\u00e1n unos 5 minutos, m\u00e1s o menos, seg\u00fan el queso que pongas. Pero vigila, eh? A ver si lo quemar\u00e1s ahora que ya has hecho todo el trabajo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sirve las berenjenas rellenas de salchicha bien calentitas.
