Con esta receta podr\u00e1s hacer una <strong>50 o 60 unidades<\/strong> en 40 minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una olla profunda, <strong>coloca a cocer las patatas<\/strong>. Luego de cocidas, <strong>qu\u00edtales la c\u00e1scara y trit\u00faralas<\/strong> con un pasapur\u00e9 o un tenedor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pon la <strong>az\u00facar en un bol y ralla el lim\u00f3n<\/strong>, previamente lavado. Recuerda <strong>no rallar la parte blanca de la piel<\/strong> del lim\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la mezcla de az\u00facar y c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n, <strong>suma las almendras molidas<\/strong>. Mezcla muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando la patata se encuentre a temperatura ambiente, <strong>agr\u00e9gale poco m\u00e1s de la mitad de la yema de huevo<\/strong>. Reserva la clara. Mezclar muy bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une el az\u00facar con almendras y la mezcla de patata. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este proceso es un <strong>poco largo<\/strong>, hasta que agarra el punto exacto. Si sientes la masa <strong>muy pegajosa, agrega un poco m\u00e1s de almendras<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En caso de sentir la masa <strong>muy seca, agrega lo que resta de yema<\/strong> de huevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cuando la masa se despegue<\/strong> con facilidad de tus manos, est\u00e1 <strong>lista para el pr\u00f3ximo paso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toma peque\u00f1as porciones y haz bolitas de <strong>3 cm como m\u00e1ximo<\/strong>. Prepara toda la masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coloca los pi\u00f1ones en un plato y la clara del huevo en otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pasa la mitad de las bolitas por la clara y luego por los pi\u00f1ones<\/strong>, haciendo un poco de presi\u00f3n para que se adhieran con facilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez rebozados los panellets de pi\u00f1ones, ponlos en una bandeja cubierta con una <strong>superficie antiadherente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La otra mitad de bolitas ser\u00e1n <strong>panellets de almendras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ello, las vas a <strong>pasar por las almendras molidas<\/strong> siguiendo el procedimiento descrito con anterioridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al terminar todo el proceso, <strong>barniza las bolitas con clara de huevo<\/strong> para que queden m\u00e1s doraditas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horn\u00e9alas durante <strong>10 minutos<\/strong>, a una temperatura de entre <strong>150\u00b0 y 160\u00b0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Variantes_de_los_panellets_tradicionales\"><\/span>Variantes de los panellets tradicionales<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cocimia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Panallets-fuera-de-lo-comun.jpg\" alt=\"Panellets fuera de lo com\u00fan\" class=\"wp-image-180\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cocimia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Panallets-fuera-de-lo-comun.jpg 850w, https:\/\/www.cocimia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Panallets-fuera-de-lo-comun-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.cocimia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Panallets-fuera-de-lo-comun-768x542.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Existe una gran cantidad de <strong>variantes a la receta tradicional<\/strong> de panellets.
