Siempre la hab\u00eda visto en los estantes del supermercado, pero nunca la hab\u00eda comprado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de gastar cientos de euros en esta rica y sana \u00abgolosina\u00bb, decid\u00ed aprender <strong>a hacerla en casa<\/strong>. Sin embargo, como os he comentado, pod\u00e9is <strong>hacer la adaptaci\u00f3n que dese\u00e9is <\/strong>para hacerla a vuestro gusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ejemplo, suelo agregarle <strong>cereal de hojuelas de ma\u00edz <\/strong>y comerla durante el desayuno con un poco de leche o yogurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un alimento con <strong>alto contenido energ\u00e9tico<\/strong>. Recordaros que <strong>todo depende de vuestro gusto<\/strong>. En mi caso agrego muchas pasas porque me fascinan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mezcla bien<\/strong> todos los ingredientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agrega la <strong>media cucharadita de canela en polvo <\/strong>y la az\u00facar morena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vuelve a mezclar todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con ayuda de una taza para medir, servir los <strong>20 ml de miel<\/strong>. Pod\u00e9is meterla <strong>unos segundos en el microondas<\/strong> para que se haga un poco m\u00e1s l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego, mide los <strong>50 ml de jarabe o sirope de maple<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une la miel con el jarabe y agrega una <strong>cucharada de aceite<\/strong> que hay\u00e1is seleccionado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agrega los ingredientes h\u00famedos a los secos. <strong>M\u00e9zclalos hasta que ve\u00e1is que todo est\u00e1 homogenizado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toma una <strong>bandeja de horno y c\u00fabrela con papel <\/strong>para hornear. Extiende la mezcla en toda la superficie de la bandeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La capa no debe ser <strong>muy gruesa<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ll\u00e9vala al horno por <strong>20 a 25 minutos<\/strong> a una temperatura de <strong>140 \u00b0 C<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando el temporizador vaya por la mitad, abre el horno y -con ayuda de un cubierto- <strong>mueve la granola para que se hornee de forma homog\u00e9nea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al finalizar el tiempo, sacamos la bandeja del horno y dejamos reposar hasta que est\u00e9 <strong>completamente fr\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recuerda que entre sus ingredientes hay az\u00facar, miel y frutos secos. <strong>Al salir del horno estar\u00e1 muy caliente<\/strong>. Evita tocarla hasta que se enfr\u00ede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez se enfr\u00ede, deb\u00e9is pasarla a <strong>un envase que pod\u00e1is tapar<\/strong>.
