Con ayuda de un batidor el\u00e9ctrico, bate la nata a <strong>m\u00e1xima velocidad durante 3 o 4 minutos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Introduce el bol en la nevera<\/strong>. El fr\u00edo es una gran ayuda cuando est\u00e1s montando la nata, no dejes que se pierda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En otro bol, mezcla el <strong>queso crema y el az\u00facar glass<\/strong> con ayuda del batidor el\u00e9ctrico. Deb\u00e9is batir hasta obtener una crema medianamente s\u00f3lida y sin grumos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saca el bol con la nata montada del frigor\u00edfico, poco a poco, agrega la <strong>mezcla de queso crema con az\u00facar glass<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezclamos con <strong>movimientos envolventes<\/strong> y ayuda de una cuchara de madera. Col\u00f3cala a fuego lento hasta que se haya derretido toda la mantequilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toma un cuenco limpio y a\u00f1ade <strong>el cacao, el az\u00facar y la mezcla de cerveza con mantequilla<\/strong> derretida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une el resto de los ingredientes l\u00edquidos: <strong>crema agria, huevos y la vainilla<\/strong>, con unas varillas para cocina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mezcla todos los ingredientes l\u00edquidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la batidora el\u00e9ctrica, agrega los <strong>ingredientes secos<\/strong> restantes, la harina y el bicarbonato, y <strong>poco a poco<\/strong> agregas la mezcla de ingredientes l\u00edquidos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bate hasta que <strong>no quede ning\u00fan grumo<\/strong> y la mezcla sea <strong>completamente homog\u00e9nea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toma un molde redondo para tartas, <strong>\u00fantalo completamente con mantequilla<\/strong>. Luego, <strong>agrega un poco de harina<\/strong> y esp\u00e1rcela por todo el molde dando peque\u00f1os golpecitos por los lados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"212\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.cocimia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Tarta-guinness-servida.jpg\" alt=\"Tarta guinness servida\" class=\"wp-image-309\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Precalienta el horno a 180\u00b0 C.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vierte la mezcla de la tarta Guinness en el molde. <strong>Golp\u00e9ala un poco<\/strong> el molde contra la mesada. As\u00ed salen las burbujas de aire y se asienta la mezcla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Introducir al horno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El tiempo de horneado var\u00eda entre <strong>45 y 60 minutos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para comprobar que est\u00e1 completamente cocido, <strong>introduce un peque\u00f1o palillo en el centro<\/strong>. Si sale limpio, el pastel est\u00e1 listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saca la tarta del horno y <strong>d\u00e9jala enfriar completamente<\/strong> fuera del frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cuando la tarta est\u00e9 fr\u00eda<\/strong>, saca la cobertura del frigor\u00edfico y <strong>\u00fantala en la parte superior del pastel<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con ayuda de una cuchara de madera o pl\u00e1stica, <strong>dale movimiento a la cobertura<\/strong>. Sin embargo, os daremos <strong>algunos consejos para que todo vaya sobre ruedas<\/strong> durante todo el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aunque la cerveza especial para esta tarta es la Guinness, pod\u00e9is utilizar cualquier otra marca. Es necesario que sea una <strong>cerveza de sabor suave<\/strong>.<\/li><li>La temperatura ideal de manipulaci\u00f3n de la nata para montar es <strong>10\u00b0 C<\/strong>. Por eso es necesario meterla al frigor\u00edfico y utilizarlo solo cuando est\u00e9 fr\u00eda.<\/li><li>Para este tipo de tarta h\u00famedas, <strong>es preferible utilizar moldes desmontables<\/strong>. Os facilitar\u00e1 la vida al momento de sacar la tarta del horno, enfriarla y decorarla.<\/li><li>Recuerda <strong>utilizar el palillo para saber cu\u00e1ndo la tarta est\u00e1 lista<\/strong>. Por su color, negro intenso, ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil identificar cuando est\u00e9 comenzando a quemarse.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como comentario final, es necesario deciros que esta receta tiene un <strong>alto contenido cal\u00f3rico<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello, <strong>es recomendable su consumo en horas de la ma\u00f1ana o a mediod\u00eda<\/strong>.
