Cubre la \u00faltima capa de hojaldre con papel de horno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un tip es <strong>colocar peso sobre los pisos de masa<\/strong>, puede ser otra bandeja, para que ayudar a evitar que crezca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el horno <strong>precalentado a 200 \u00b0 C<\/strong>, introduce las capas de masa de hojaldre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de <strong>20 minutos<\/strong>, comprobar que las capas est\u00e9n doradas. <strong>Si est\u00e1n listas, s\u00e1calas del horno<\/strong> y d\u00e9jalas enfriar en la misma bandeja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coloca la crema pastelera, preferiblemente fr\u00eda, en una <strong>manga con boquilla ancha<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toma las masas de hojaldre. <strong>Coloca una primera capa de masa como base<\/strong>. <strong>C\u00fabrela con crema pastelera<\/strong>. T\u00e1pala con un rect\u00e1ngulo de hojaldre.
