Nunca debemos llegar a cortar la c\u00e1scara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una bandeja para horno, colocamos las berenjenas, rociamos con aceite de oliva. <strong>Metemos al horno durante 20 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transcurrido el tiempo, <strong>sacamos las berenjenas<\/strong> y las dejamos enfriar un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando podamos <strong>tocar las berenjenas sin quemarnos<\/strong>, con ayuda de una cuchara, retiramos toda la pulpa del vegetal, dejado solo un poco de berenjena y la c\u00e1scara intacta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Picamos en peque\u00f1os cuadros la <strong>cebolla, el pimiento rojo y el ajo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomamos una sart\u00e9n grande, colocamos un <strong>chorro de aceite de oliva<\/strong> y llevamos al fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colocamos <strong> <\/strong>la cebolla, el pimiento rojo y el ajo en la sart\u00e9n y cocinamos, durante <strong>15 minutos<\/strong>, sin dejar de remover. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consumido el tiempo, agregamos la pulpa de berenjena que extrajimos del vegetal al inicio, la <strong>carne de cerdo y la de ternera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilizamos una cuchara de palo para <strong>desmenuzar la carne y evitar los tropezones<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, as\u00ed se integrar\u00e1n los ingredientes con mayor facilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se cocinan las carnes durante <strong>tres a cinco minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese momento, agregamos una <strong>cucharada peque\u00f1a<\/strong> de romero y tomillo seco. Removemos bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Integramos el tomate bien picado. <strong>Baja a llama baja y d\u00e9jalo cocinar<\/strong> por 30 minutos. Debe estar a temperatura ambiente o un poco caliente, evita usarla fr\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se agrega la <strong>leche en varias tandas<\/strong>.
