<strong>dividiremos todo en dos tiempos<\/strong>: La tarta y la cubierta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pasemos a preparar una <strong>esponjosa y divina tarta de zanahoria<\/strong> class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Precalentamos el horno a <strong>180\u00b0 C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lavamos bien las zanahorias, las pelamos y r<strong>allamos finamente<\/strong>. Reservamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Batimos los cuatro huevos, completos, hasta que se hayan <strong>duplicado su tama\u00f1o<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incorporamos &#8211;<strong>poco a poco<\/strong>&#8211; el az\u00facar moreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Se a\u00f1ade el aceite de girasol<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n por tandas, mientras se sigue batiendo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1adimos los <strong>400 gramos de zanahoria finamente rallada<\/strong>. Reservamos toda esta mezcla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un recipiente nuevo, <strong>uniremos los ingredientes secos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colocamos la harina, canela, sal, bicarbonato y la levadura. Con nuestros dedos, que deben estar completamente secos, <strong>removemos los ingredientes hasta que est\u00e9n complemente unificados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tomamos los ingredientes secos y los <strong>vertemos en un tamizador<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Retomamos nuevamente <strong>la mezcla con zanahorias, aceite y az\u00facar<\/strong> que hab\u00edamos reservado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tamizando los ingredientes secos<\/strong>, vamos incorpor\u00e1ndolos a la mezcla l\u00edquida, poco a poco y sin dejar de revolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al terminarse los ingredientes secos, seguimos batiendo hasta obtener una <strong>mezcla homog\u00e9nea de todo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Picamos las nueces en <strong>trozos medianos<\/strong> y agregamos a la mezcla. Batimos solo un poco m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buscamos un <strong>molde para tarta<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u00f1adimos una fina capa de mantequilla en <strong>toda la superficie del molde<\/strong> y espolvoreamos con un poco de harina. Esparcimos dando peque\u00f1os golpecitos al molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de preparar el molde, <strong>agregamos la mezcla<\/strong> de nuestra carrot cake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Damos <strong>peque\u00f1os golpes al molde<\/strong> contra nuestra mesa de preparaci\u00f3n. Esto permitir\u00e1 que las burbujas de aire se liberen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Horneamos la tarta, a <strong>180\u00b0 C durante 50 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transcurrido el tiempo, introducimos un palillo de madera en el centro de la tarta. Para evitar que el agua estropee la tarta, pod\u00e9is exprimirlas un poco luego de rallarlas. Solo un poco, dejarlas secas, resecar\u00e1 el bizcocho.<\/li><li>Para otorgarle un <strong>aroma excepcional a la cobertura<\/strong> de la tarta de zanahoria, se puede agregar una cucharadita de vainilla a la mezcla.<\/li><li>Las <strong>cantidades de canela de esta tarta deben ser controladas<\/strong>.
