Es preferible <strong>hacerlo con un pa\u00f1o h\u00famedo <\/strong>que sumergi\u00e9ndolos en agua. As\u00ed se evita que absorban m\u00e1s agua de la necesaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con un <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\" aria-label=\"cuchillo de cocina (abre en una nueva pesta\u00f1a)\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.cocimia.com\/blog\/mejores-cuchillos-de-cocina\/\" target=\"_blank\">cuchillo de cocina<\/a> con buen filo, <strong>fileteamos los champi\u00f1ones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colocamos una <strong>sart\u00e9n a fuego medio<\/strong> en la cocina. Agregamos una cucharada de aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agregamos los champi\u00f1ones y los sofre\u00edmos. <strong>Cada champi\u00f1\u00f3n debe estar en contacto con la sart\u00e9n<\/strong>. No hag\u00e1is una pila, m\u00e1s bien deben conformar una capa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando los champi\u00f1ones <strong>est\u00e9n dorados<\/strong>, los volteamos hasta que se doren por el otro lado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los sacamos de la sart\u00e9n y <strong>reservamos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una olla, tambi\u00e9n a fuego medio, <strong>ponemos a derretir la mantequilla<\/strong>. Cuando est\u00e9 completamente l\u00edquida, agregamos la harina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se formar\u00e1 una <strong>masa muy densa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poco a poco, sin dejar de revolver, <strong>agregaremos la leche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luego de agregar las dos tazas de leche, <strong>la mezcla quedar\u00e1 muy l\u00edquida<\/strong>. Sin dejar de revolver, subimos un poco la intensidad de la llama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apartamos la mezcla de la llama cuando <strong>comience a hervir<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n ver\u00e9is que estar\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s espesa que la inicio.
